The Project provides administrative, leisure, sports, gathering needs for the Industrial Park. The Center acts as the nucleus of the Park and its site is at a the Park's front gate . We have categorized various spaces of the program into three types: administrative, commercial and convention, performance and sports, and propose a windmill layout with three main volumes that also responds to the triangular shaped lot. An atrium is provided at the center to provide the most efficient circulation and energy consumption through chimney effect.  Gear is proposed to be the main motif, both on the ever-revolving plan as well as grooved double layered facade. A huge trellis is provided to cover all three volumes to provide solar panel installation and shading on the rooftop that offers spectacular view of the City. The central "Chimney" also serves a wind catcher and a lighthouse, also a main feature of the building.
