The site is located at redevelopment zone of Tuchiean District, New Taipei City, at the intersection of Scholar Road and Jinchien Road. Across Scholar Road sits a community center and park while most buildings nearby are mid-rise residential.
Ground and second floor are designated to accommodate three branded franchise under Uni-President Enterprise Corporation including 7-Eleven convenient stores, COSMED, and Starbucks. From 3rd to 7th floor is for office use while 5th is designated as incubation center. 8th floor is a multi-purpose hall for meeting, exhibition, and launch events with roof garden.
Service core is located at backside facing northeast, so as to provide complete usable space with exposure to both streets at southwest and northeast sides. A double wall, with perforated panels cantilevered from glass and aluminum curtain wall, to offset heat load. The outer layer also provides configuration of UNI that is the Client’s Corporation abbreviation. Along with balconies facing street corner, they help to enrich the rectangular building volume.
