Applied Science Building Competition,NCHU.

The campus is flat and filled with box-like buildings that lack openness as well as scale. The design challenges this dull background with daring cantilevered volumes so as to provide maximum exterior exposure and green, open spaces on various floors. A Central atrium and large openings bring natural lighting and ventilation into the depth of the building. A "motherboard" motif is provided on elevation to present its users' nature, and also to provide a new landmark in campus.
