Taipei LOHAS Forest" and "Taiwan Local Flavor" are main themes of the deisgn.
(1) Based on the idea of sustainable lifestyle and living with heart, an environment is provided to have children exposed to these spirits through the act of playing and interaction.
(2) The site is treated as a microcosm of Taipei Basin, providing "bio-sphere" and "Geo-sphere". Every equipment is endowed with metaphorical ideas of geography and preservation. A giant shelter provides a metaphore of mountain and forest, and a sense of mystique.
