(1) Hotel management of research labs: Various types of research labs with their specific utilities are provided at various floors so that researchers may move in without extensive refurbishments.
(2) Research habitats: Since users are transitory, an atrium and various communication hubs are provided to offer inter-disciplinary interchange as well as a sense of community.
(3) Green: The atrium and double walls are like climate moderator, which provides naturual lighting and ventilation for energy saving.
