The site belongs to a single family, and this building will be also used for the same purpose, accommodating seven units, public spaces, and demanding number of car parks. Within this limited and slightly irregular site, various functions above and bleow ground shall be made complimentary to each other. To make interior space as column-free as possible, there are four two-way cantilever beams developed with grills filled in between, which in turn provide south-west sun shading. The key note of the design is to enhance limitations into de-facto design theme.
