FUNCTIONS
Main massing of the project is of rectangular shapes to provide most efficient operation for both docks and loading areas; only exception is ramps that connect ground to third floor, plugged to the east of main massing. From ground to third floor is for regular loading and docking. The fourth and mezzanine floor is fully air-conditioned for pharmaceutical goods and offices. Vertical transportation systems are integrated to provide highest efficiency.

LAYOUT
The site is bordered by a creek and public bicycle path. Open green spaces are provided for public uses, along with landscaping shrubs to provide buffer in between, so as to tone down impact of industrial buildings and offer friendly and amiable atmosphere.

IMAGES
The Project follows CIS of Kerry Logistics, with “ultra-modern” aesthetics including crisp, well-defined geometry as well as color schemes. 
Main façade, facing southwest, is with vertical stripes of glass curtain wall while other three sides are with horizontal openings that provide fresh air for tractor areas. Dark grey and orange accentuations also provide contrast of lightness and weight, transparency and sheltering. Glass areas and glossy metal panels reflect greenery and sky provide touch of surroundings.
