The Project provides a paradigm for multi-level logistic center. With 6-meter cantilevar at front, a floating box becomes a imposing presence while also provides ample manuveuring spaces for tractors. Rectangular volume of the main body and circular of the ramp provides contrast in shape as well as sense of weight.  This area is serviced by regional arterial road, with easy access to MRT and riverfront, and has transformed into an emerging urban center. The Project, as the first high-quality industrial building, would bring new vitality and quality to it.
