The Client targets to consolidate several facilities in the region into this site, which includes long-distance and regional logistics, pharmacy, and regional offices (Buliding A), regional truck maintenance shop (Building B), motorcycle shed (Building C), and Guardhouse (Building D).Automobile circulation, along with loading / unloading areas need to be efficiently and tightly integrated with warehouse area to create maximum output. Site PlanThe site is about 3.6 hectares, there is existing factory to its north, main arterial road to the east, an irrigation channel and service road to the south, and agricultural uses all around. Building A sits in the center of the site, entry is at northeast corner, car circulation is counter clockwise, with exit point at southeast corner. Truck maintenance shop is at northwest corner, with southeast corner reserved for future use.

This Project is the first application on low-rise, and shall be a paradigm for similar projects in the future. With 8-meter cantilevar all around, a floating box becomes a imposing presence that imbue both weight and buoyance.
