The site faces Ger-Zhi Road on the east side, main road leading up to the National Park. There is a 9 meter drop from east to west boundray. It faces preservation area to the west, and the view extends to Guan-Yin Mountain that is about 10 kilometers away. Mountain and views become main features of the site.There is balcony with depth up to 3.5 meters for every unit facing its western view. The balcony is zigzaged, along with sloped roof as well as layering of retaining walls, reinforces the image of mountain.
